The rooms were incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, and the hotel's location was conveniently close to everything you could need. Special thanks to Younes for being super friendly, helpful, and professional - he was the nicest! The 7 eme restaurant bar on the 7th floor offered a great view, and the food made by the amazing chef Mounir was delicious. Nawfel was also incredibly friendly and helpful, adding to the great vibe. The hotel staff overall was lovely and accommodating, and I was pleasantly surprised to find sweets, fruits, dates, and water in the room upon arrival. The room also had tea and coffee making facilities. The porters were always eager to assist with luggage. For the price, the hotel provided excellent value, with clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a wide variety of dishes and hot drinks for breakfast. The receptionist even upgraded my room to a bigger one upon check-in. The area where the hotel is located is interesting, filled with restaurants, cafes, and service shops. I had an amazing experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

The hotel did not live up to our expectations. The room was not properly maintained, with some power outlets not working properly.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs. Our room had unique advantages that made us feel right at home. the staff provided exceptional service, ensuring our leisure time in the TV room was enjoyable. the in-room breakfast, with its special diet menus, was delicious.
Although the location had beautiful views, it was a bit of a steep climb to get to the hotel. the private facilities, such as the bar and lounge area, made up for this minor inconvenience.
